About the event

Did you know senses influence how people with Autism eat?

We use our senses all the time, usually without consciously realising it. The way many on the autism spectrum experience sensory input during mealtimes can be significantly averse to neurotypical individuals. Our senses - Taste, Touch, Smell, Sight, Sound all play a factor to whether a child with ASD will eat, creating battles and making mealtimes stressful for everyone all involved.

Join us for our FREE webinar with our brilliant Dietitian, Jamie Chui, to explore sensory processing and eating behaviours in autism. Jamie’s recommendations aim to help parents, families and carers understand how senses influence autistic eating behaviours. By holding this webinar with tips on how to live with these sensory behaviours we hope to minimise the battles and stress often experienced during mealtimes.

Ideal for parents and families who have a child recently diagnosed with Autism or childcare…
